Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Merchant cancellation & rescheduling policy: Tickets valid from 8 p.m. on Fridays–Saturdays from Nov. 15–Dec. 20 and nightly from Dec. 25–Jan. 4. Guests may enter up to an hour before the fireworks show starts. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Niagara Falls Tower Observatory is open rain or shine; there are no refunds for poor visibility. Parking is not included with admission. Parking is $10 plus tax per vehicle; parking is charged per entry. Parking locations: Fallsview Blvd Parking Lot at 6683 Fallsview Blvd. and Embassy Suites Niagara Falls, 6700 Fallsview Blvd. The observatory is wheelchair accessible; the floor is designed to accommodate wheelchairs, and minor modifications are planned for the washrooms to ensure full compliance.
