Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations or changes must be made 30 days prior to departure date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure will not qualify for a refund. Voyageur Quest reserves the right to cancel a trip with 14 days prior notice if participation is less than 50%. They will make all attempts to accommodate you on another trip with similar dates and itinerary. If they cannot find a satisfactory alternative, a full refund will be provided. Trip-imposed penalties may apply.

Occupancy rules: Pricing is based on a minimum of two people per booking; please purchase at least two vouchers. Participants must be at least 6 years old; anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Must sign waiver and complete medical form.

Additional hotel-specific charges: HST and gratuities (10%-20% is suggested) are not included and will be paid directly. Parking is complimentary.
