How to book: Purchase this deal from Travelzoo then follow the instructions on the voucher to make a reservation for your desired travel dates. Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account”. After 14 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. We have had an excellent experience. Beautiful spot for hiking and getting back to nature. Very relaxing atmosphere with a great hot tub, attentive staff and the food is exceptional.

We liked the area surrounding the hotel, the attention from the staff and the impeccable cleanliness of the room.
We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the breakfast (good size, presentation and service).
The dinner was mediocre (the food and the service).
The trail was also a highlight.
Overall we had good experience.

Lovely stay away from the busyness. Staff is helpful and friendly, food and atmosphere are great, super clean and comfortable rooms with great views. Right on the Bruce Trail for great hiking through the woods along the river. Top notch!

This is a lovely property in a very picturesque location. Our meals were excellent and the staff were extremely friendly.

My only disappointment was that gratuity was automatically added to our dinner bill. As a table for just two, that seemed unnecessary. There were also just two breakfast options that were included in the package price and everything else was an upgrade. Perhaps a couple more choices would have been nice (even if they are on the lighter side).

Shelly at the front desk was wonderful. We felt welcomed and taken care of from arrival to departure. The lobster and lambshank dinners were delicious, as was the eggs benedict breakfast. It's worth a visit just fior the food alone. The falls are an added bonus. Wonderful birthday getaway.

Ease of booking through Travel Zoo. It was a bit confusing at checkout with regard to what is owing. The room was very clean and quiet. Air conditioning is noisy for the night and I was wishing I had brought a small fan as there is no ceiling fan. Furniture looks new. Very easy checkin. Lovely view of falls from our balcony. I'm glad they changed up the wrought iron balcony furniture. The new chairs are much more comfortable.
Food was delicious but very expensive. They need a few benches around the property for guests to sit outside. Hot tub and seating area is very nice within the enclosed area. Unfortunately the night we wanted to use hot tub, there were thunderstorms and it was closed.

We love this area for a quiet get away. To shop you need to drive to Owen Sound or Meaford and along the Georgian Bay Area. Pretty rolling countryside with lovely woods.

Fan in bathroom very noisy. Door handle to balcony needs repair, balcony wood deck has some lose slats, no tea offered in room. Seated for dinner 30 min after reservation time. Key for door not working very well to unlock door.

The staff at The Falls Inn and Spa were so welcoming. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious and the restaurant overlooks Walter's Falls. I would definitely go back again. Very relaxing.

You should be aware that the breakfast included with the voucher is just yogurt and a scone. Although there is an $8 per meal discount on the bigger breakfasts.

I love this place — this is my third visit in less than one year. It’s a relaxing place, Beautiful view and comfortable rooms. The food is great and the staff are wonderful. Shelley especially: she’s always friendly, engaging and efficient. Meg was awesome this morning too. These ladies make the guests feel welcome and happy.

The Inn is a very nice place to relax. The staff, like Shelley at reception for instance, is a doll, very friendly, smiling and extremely helpful. Wish all concierges were like her. The small falls make a nice view, the food is very good and plentiful and the inn is nicely away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and malls. We’ve enjoyed it and continue to come back, once we discovered it.

Walters Falls is a gem! Set in a beautiful location rooms are spacious and clean! The staff are exceptional and very friendly. The restaurant food is extremely good. This is my fourth visit and we love it especially with the travel zoo deal!! Our only minor comment is that we believe they could use large and fluffier towels in the bathrooms but don’t let that hold you back ! This is an exceptional inn with great value

We enjoy a 2 night getaway. The Falls Inn provides excellent service, friendly staff and the meals are superb. Kudos to the chef(s). Having the waterfalls so close to the Inn offers a soothing effect. The main floor rooms need better tv’s
and a general sprucing up. This was our second visit but plan to hopefully return in the fall.

Serene location, relaxing. The inn is a hot & stuffy though.
Dining experience was super amazing in September and one of the main reasons I returned but a bit less exciting this time with less portion size & overpriced charcuterie board that didn’t live up to its description.

Very nice, unexpected quaint hotel. However, we were surprised about lack of housekeeping service during the stay - no clean towels which had to be picked up at front desk. Otherwise, good experience.
