Service was phenomenal - the setting and views of the falls was exceptional. The food was good, but maybe could be a tiny bit better - still delicious though. Special idea, special location.

Overall it was a good experience, good service, great view of the falls. Most of the food was very good. The scones were very disappointing, very hard, very dry. The lemon tart was tasteless. The chicken curry rice paper roll up was just not to our taste.

Nice location, very easy to find, easy parking. Could have parked all day on the validation. The reason to not go back is been there, done that😀

The food was mundane, bland and not very flavourful. The portions were much smaller than other tea rooms I've been to. Tea selections were good. The staff was great. However, the bathroom needed cleaning.

We had a lovely high tea experience at the Brock. Our favourite sandwich was the roast beef on brioche. The atmosphere was fantastic, and our server was friendly and attentive. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit on the plate.

Everything about the High Tea was excellent. The venue was amazing. The view of the American falls so good even though we did not have a window seat. The food perfect and the staff lovely.

We had a shellfish allergy in our party and notified the hotel prior. Immediately when greeted by the high tea host he advised they were aware and it would be looked after. Our waitress was super and she explained that in lieu of the shellfish roll we would receive additional other items. It was excellent.
