Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a 5% booking fee. Reservations cancelled between 48 hours and 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable but may be rescheduled free of charge for up to 6 months from the original booking date (maximum of two reschedules). Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival and no-shows are not allowed. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional guests can stay for an extra $50 per night. Children 17 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is four guests.

Additional hotel-specific charges: 13% HST is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
