Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the tour operator's policy. Cancellations must be made with the operator at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the operator's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on two guests and based on up to two guests per hotel room. Additional adults can stay for $425 per person. Children 2 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy per room is four.

Additional hotel-specific charges: 5% GST is not included and will be paid directly to the operator. Parking is complimentary.
