Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Children 17 years and under stay free of charge. Additional adults and children can stay for an extra $20 plus tax per night. Maximum occupancy is two in a Chill Room and four in a Mingle Room.

Stayed overnight rather than drive 2 hrs to go home. Great value, modern style room

Convenient place to stay downtown. Secure entry with room key to underground parking and use of very quiet and fast elevator. Cheerful and friendly service at the front desk. In-room light switches are bit of a challenge to get used to. Super quiet room, no AC fan noise. Reminded me of some European functional overnight places near airports.
