Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 7 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the operator. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the operator's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the operator prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 7 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the operator cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Houseboat cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the operator’s policy. A $100 administration fee will be charged for any cancellation or change made within 6 days of booking. In addition, the full $1000 deposit will be retained by the merchant. For cancellations or changes made 7 days or more after booking and up to 90 days before departure, the $1000 deposit will be retained. For cancellations or changes made within 90 days of the departure date, the full rental fee will be charged. An additional $100 administration fee may be charged at the discretion of the merchant for any changes made after booking, along with any other applicable charges. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the operator's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

However, liability for damages is not limited to the deposit amount, and you may be responsible for the full cost of any repairs or losses incurred.
