Stay near Victoria's Gorge Waterway, minutes from downtown. The Vic puts you close to scenic trails, the Selkirk Trestle and Mayfair Shopping Centre, while the Inner Harbour and Victoria's top attractions are an easy drive away.

Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 72 prior to arrival. Forgot to take the TravelZoo PIN, so it was more difficult to check in than it should have been. My fault. The desk clerk was a big help in finding the PIN online with TravelZoo.

The first vouchers we purchased -2 were very hard to book. No reply to repeated phone calls and emails. But I was persistent and we managed to book. Had a lovely stay and so purchased again this time 2 nights again. Hopefully we can book this before April 1/26

The rooms were clean, the staff was eager to please, and large television screens in the room. They also had a 24 hour fitness area and a common area downstairs to watch tv or play games. There was only a shower and no tub, but we didn’t use it either way. There is a diner connected to the hotel where guests get a discount and a pub just outside.

First impressions driving in, not very good, old parking lot, a few people just standing around outside, just didn't feel super safe or secure. The lobby was nice and the hotel has all the amenities one would need while staying for a couple of nights. My room was completely updated and comfortable. I'm not sure I would call the area walkable at night but fine during the day.

Brand new, clean, super comfy beds, modern amenities, awesome games room, very close to the galloping bike & walking trails that can take you right into downtown. About a 30 min walk. Liquor store and comedy club on premises. Lots of fun!
