Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel before 4 p.m. local time, at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Maximum occupancy is two.

Additional hotel-specific charges: GST 5%, PST 8% and MRDT 3% is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is an additional $20 plus tax per night; the parking lot is located half a block away from the hotel.

Other hotel policies: Most rooms are accessible via elevator, however some have steps and bathtub showers; contact the hotel directly for more details. This hotel is not pet friendly. Service dogs are an exception, and documentation must be presented during check-in. If you have a service dog, kindly send an email to the hotel in advance to notify them.
