Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 7 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 7 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve booked your dates, you can still change your travel dates directly with the merchant. Cancellations and date changes must be made at least 14 days in advance. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the merchant's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.
