Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room in a Two Queen Garden View room and four guests per room in an Ocean View Two Queen or Garden View Family Loft. Additional guests can stay for an extra $30 per person per night. Children 18 and under stay free. Maximum occupancy is four.

Additional hotel-specific charges: 5% GST, 8% PST and 3% MRDT are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary.
