Why We Love This Deal

First opened in 1889 and later owned by Canadian Pacific Railway, this historic property has earned its place among Canada’s iconic grand railway hotels. Think Tudor architecture, bells ringing at dusk, cocktails on the wraparound veranda and front-row views of the ever-changing tides.

As we enter the quieter fall season (an ideal time for a peaceful coastal escape), Travelzoo members can take advantage of high savings—more than 50% compared to usual package rates. While the general public pays about $349–$379 a night for the room alone, Travelzoo members pay $199, including a $40 dining credit.

What's Included

  • Stay Sundays–Thursdays through Dec. 30, and select weekend dates (Oct. 30–31, Dec. 19, 26):
    • $199 per night … Queen Room
  • Book a larger King or Deluxe room for +$10–$35
  • Travelzoo members also get:
    • A $40 dining credit per night

Beautiful place. We had meals there many times over the years but had never stayed over. We are here off season and we know it is their maintenance time but we were not affected by it. Waterslide and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Not an issue for us this time. Beautiful pool. Fabulous breakfast and breakfast buffet. Great service at front desk and in restaurant. Room was nice and well appointed with sacrificing charm. Bed was incredibly comfortable. A bit noisy when neighbours were walking by. Hope they run this promo again. Thanks Travelzoo!

All was wonderful including fantastic breakfast. It was nice to have robes & slippers but only complaint was that robes (black colored) were covered in hair so didn’t want to use them.
