This deal does not include: Travel insurance, alcohol, travel before and after the tour, optional activities (horseback riding, rafting, whale watching, sea kayaking and surfing), 5% local tax and guide gratuities ($10-$20 per person, per guide, per day is typical). Sleeping bags are available to rent for $80 per person for the 7-day tour and $100 per person for the 12-day tour.

Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Tour cancellation & rescheduling policy: If you've reserved your tour and need to cancel, cancel up to 60 days prior to tour departure and your deposit will become a credit you can use toward any of Fresh Adventures' future tours.

Additional charges: 5% tax is not included and will be paid directly to the tour operator. Solo travellers pay an extra $300 in single-supplement fees for the 7-day tours and $400 12-day tours (payable direct to the merchant) if opting for private tent. If travelling solo and you are happy to share a tent, you will be paired with another tour member and not charged the single supplement fee.
