Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out.

Hotel cancellation & rescheduling policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, and must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's cancellation policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional adults can stay for an extra $30 per night. Children up to 17 stay free. There is a maximum occupancy of two guests in the Standard or Deluxe One King room and four in the Standard and Deluxe Two Queen room.

Our room was awesome! We had the option to upgrade to a King and in doing so we got what I would call a suite…the decor was full of mountain theme wood furniture and we even had a small sofa and 2 chairs to we could sit relax and visit. In our deal we were given a charcuterie board which was delicious. Breakfast was also included and both mornings it was different..A nice choice of hot food or cereal if you want…love the sliced veggies which were part of the buffet…staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be back…the location was perfect to walk anywhere you want..we walked to the Banff Springs to see the their Christmas decorations and for the walk..wonderful restaurants are all around. It was a wonderful mid week stay! Thankyou for a great 2 days in Banff…..

Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only included breakfast was great. The downtown location is wonderful. You can park and then walk everywhere. Perfect in every way.

This boutique hotel is very cute and rustic feeling. The furniture in the rooms are weak decor and very comfortable. The location is busy, parking is tricky if you don't have an assigned parking spot. Otherwise great location.

Great huge room with nice king bed, fridge, microwave and Jacuzzi tub. Free parking and charcuterie plate made this voucher an excellent value. Construction on the street outside but didn't affect our stay.

The stuff was kind and the hotel was located in a nice proximity to the main strip of restaurants.
Other Comments
First the charcuterie platter had 8 crackers, no knife for the soft cheese, no jams or jelly’s, the meat was stale and dehydrated. When you walk in the room there are earplugs left for the guest… bad sign. The walls were paper thin and we were next to the elevator… the bed was stiff and uncomfortable. Also parking was incredibly tight.
