Hotel has a great location on the Fraser river with excellent scenic views and exceptional Boathouse Seafood Restaurant attached to the hotel. Numerous other quaint restaurants close at hand. Parking at check-in can be a bit frustrating, but hotel underground parking is available and easily accessible. Walks along the Quay are relaxing and enjoyable.

The Travel Zoo deal was exceptional, I am not sure that I would be happy paying full rack rate. The location is great in that there is a lovely promenade to walk along and you can watch all the river action (also can watch this from your balcony). There is a sky train station right across the street to head into DT Vancouver so you can enjoy the city offerings and then return to the relative quiet of this hotel. The balcony has a lovely view, they provide chairs and small table. Inside, you get exquisite wine glasses and real glass glasses, a fridge, lovely toiletries, plush robes and coffee maker with Starbucks coffee (not that I am a fan of their coffee). The carpet could be replaced but I didn't focus on that because the room presents so nicely and is quite spacious. The staff is very nice and parking is reasonable and convenient. There is a movie theater, liquor store, groceries (for snacks) nearby and the Boathouse is right next door. We love their happy hour and breakfast. This is my second visit and I wouldn't hesitate to come back (for the right price.
