Voucher cancellation & refund policy: Within 7 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to “My Account.” After 7 days, your voucher is nonrefundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 24 hours (before 4 p.m.) prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional adults can stay for an extra $30 plus tax per guest per night. Children 17 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is two in an Executive Room and four in a Studio Room or One-Bedroom Suite.

Additional hotel-specific charges: 22.61% tax is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is an additional $43 plus 13% HST per night. Any additional charges not covered by the package are the responsibility of the guest.

Small to medium size dogs (less than 50lb) can stay for an additional charge of $50 per stay per room. If a stay exceeds five nights, an additional $50 charge will be applied every five nights for the duration of the guest’s stay. Maximum of two pets per room.
