Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Additional adults can stay for an extra $30 plus tax per night for the room only, not including breakfast or additional perks. Children 17 and under stay free of charge, not including breakfast or additional perks. Breakfast is available for $24.15 per night for adults and children ages 13–17, or $17 per night for children ages 2–12. Cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks are available for $27 per adult, $20 for children ages 13–17, and $15 for children ages 2–12. Maximum occupancy is two in a Deluxe Room and four in a Deluxe Plus Room.

Additional hotel specific charges: 5% GST, 9.975% QST and 3.5% City Tax is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Self-service parking is an additional $25 plus tax per day. It is non-reservable and based on availability.
