Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. For stays from January–April, cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. For stays from May–October, cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Occupancy rules: Price based on up to 2 guests per room. Additional adults and children can stay upon prior request. Children 17 years and under stay for no extra charge. A fee of US$49 per person, per night applies for guests ages 18 and up. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per room.
