Why We Love This Deal

Situated between Tuscany's UNESCO-listed Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana, this historic farm turned charming countryside hotel tops our list for bucolic retreats. Visit in spring to see the countryside at its greenest, or in fall for slow mornings on the terrace overlooking harvest season's golden vineyards.

Stay in spacious apartment-style accommodations in one of Italy's most celebrated wine regions, with daily breakfast, two dinners and a wine tasting included. This package can't be booked anywhere else, and if you were to package it yourself, it would cost over $3000.

This Member Days offer ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, Aug. 10.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped me secure a rental car. The food at three dinners was excellent and the breakfast spread was very nice. The view is extraordinary and the pool area is relaxing and serene.

Authentic Tuscan resort. Villas have been updated in the last few years. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has basic amenities. Resort is out in the countryside and has beautiful views. Breakfast was good. Dinners were amazing! Chef prepares a 3 course meal with fresh local ingredients plus dessert. Food was delicious. A true home cooked Italian meal. Everyone’s very friendly. Wine tour was in one of the oldest wine cellars in Montepluciano. Great tour and tasting. Great value for the money!

I was there 2 years ago and felt it had gone a little downhill. My toilet was broken and didn’t get fixed during our stay. There were 2 bathrooms however. The doors wouldn’t close all the way. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. There was no soap in either bathroom or the kitchen. We only had one key for the room and the door wouldn’t stay shut unless locked from the inside therefore if one of us left without the other they would be locked in. We asked for a second key but they didn’t have one. We came before breakfast was over at 10:30 but felt we were being a bother. No instructions on how we use the air conditioning, the TV or the gate. A welcome book with directions to the wine tasting, grocery, restaurants would have been helpful. We felt that the staff was not too happy to have us aside from the waitstaff at dinner, especially Francisco. We had to dodge rose bushes to get into our room. I realize these ar not huge problems but after my previous stay I wouldn’t go back or recommend it to others.

The biggest note is, the road to the resort is terrible. Even the locals we talked to knew it as the place with the terrible road.
