This was one of the finest hotels we have stayed at and without the Travel Zoo voucher, this beautiful property would have been out of our price range.

Staying at the Fairmont tends to be a great experience. This was an excellent stay and great resort however, I think the rooms/proptery and some of the food and beverage ( especially cocktails) could use some updates. We would certainly stay again, but the Maui Lea Lani Fairmont is a great example of one of there updated properties showcasing some of the opportunities with the Orchid. The staff is amazing and things like cleanliness of the room and property in general exceed most other hotel/resort brands.

The beach off the resort property far exceeded expectation with the incredible snorkeling and sea life we were able to walk out off of our hotel room and access! The different eating options including the deli Cafe make it nice and in case yoy want to grab and go, etc. Love the reusable water bottles and wide availability of cold filtered water stations around the property!

The location and service at The Fairmont are always outstanding and October is a wonderful time to enjoy the beautiful grounds, pool and outdoor dining and music in the evening.

You are here because of the location. Wasn't a fan of the dining options and the room is decent, bed is probably the best part. The snorkeling was just awesome

My experience at the Fairont Orchid, Hawaii was wonderful. The hotel and resort was lovely. The only thing that I didn't like was the room had a slight odor. The good was that the rooms were older and thus larger than most but I think that's also why it had a bit of an odor from being older. Also there are washer and dryers on some floors that are available to guests but one of the floors was out of order and the other wasn't working the second time I went to use it.

Our stay was really good. It is such a beautiful resort. We were there during the tsunami warning and the communication from the hotel during the evacuation period was not good/non-existent.

This was our 3rd stay at the Fairmont Orchid, and we have booked a 4th stay in December, taking advantage of the $399.99 per nite rate, plus the $250.00 resort credit for booking 5 nites. I just wish they'd continue to waive the daily parking fee that we didn't have to pay in September but will have to pay in December. Always a great stay at this classic resort.

The staff is fantastic and goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. We even got some great tips about restaurants in the area that cater to locals. We really enjoy coming here each time.
