Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Transfer details: To get to the resort, guests must book either a roundtrip domestic flight and speedboat transfer for an additional US$440 (approx. $603) per person; or book a roundtrip seaplane transfer for an additional US$660 (approx. $904) per person. Domestic flights take up to 55 minutes, and the short speedboat journey is approximately 20–30 minutes. Seaplane transfers take up to 75 minutes. A luggage restriction of 20 kilograms of checked luggage and 5 kilograms of hand luggage applies; additional weight will be charged US$5 (approx. $7) per kilogram.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Maximum occupancy is four. Children 11 and under stay free on bed-and-breakfast basis (not including daily green tax). On the White Platinum All-Inclusive plan, children are an additional US$185 (approx. $254) per child, per day. The following fees apply for additional adults or children 12 and up: US$225 (approx. $308) per person, per day on bed-and-breakfast basis; US$370 (approx. $507) per person, per day on White Platinum All-Inclusive plan (not including daily green tax).

Additional hotel-specific charges (payable directly to hotel): A mandatory daily green tax of US$12 (approx. $16) per person, per night is not included. A US$100 (approx. $137) surcharge per night applies for stays through April 2026 and Jan 10–31, 2027.
