Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days. your voucher becomes nonrefundable. At time of purchase, you will have the option to make vouchers refundable until they expire, for a fee, but you will still be subject to the hotel cancellation policy if you have made a reservation.

Hotel cancellation policy: Once you’ve made your reservation, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s policy. Cancellations must be made with the hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If you cancel or change your booking in violation of the hotel's policy, you may be subject to additional fees or voucher forfeiture.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to two guests per room. Maximum occupancy is three. Children 2 and under stay free of charge. Children under 12 years old may share existing bedding for the following charges: Children 3–5 enjoy complimentary breakfast. For children 6–11, breakfast is an additional US$22 (approx. $30) per child, per day. One rollaway bed may be added to the room for the following nightly per-person charges, which include breakfast, taxes and service charge: US$62.50 (approx. $85) for children 6–11. US$125 (approx. $170) for children 12 and up or adults. Note: Only one extra rollaway bed per villa is allowed. Please notify the hotel of total number of guests and any extra bed requirements when making your reservation (fees apply).

Additional hotel-specific charges: VAT (value-added tax) is included in the price. A surcharge of US$175 (approx. $238) (payable directly to the hotel) per night applies on: July 1–31 and Aug. 1–31, 2026.
