About the Destination
The Indonesian island of Bali is renowned for its great choice of beaches and surf breaks, idyllic resorts, lush forests, delicious cuisine and rich local culture. International airfare is not included in this deal. To reach Bali, travellers will fly into Denpasar Airport (DPS); from there, it's about a 30-minute drive to Sini Vie Villa in Seminyak. Ground transportation from the airport is included with this deal.

Our villa was beautiful and the hospitality at this location was amazing! I would highly recommend this location, as it is only 20 - 25 minutes away from the beach by taxi.

Everything was excellent except for the pool. It is not maintained and when I questioned it, all the did was turn the pumps on and left them on for the entire time of our stay. It is a beutiful pool but needs maintaince.

Very nice romantic getaway place, staff are very friendly and accommodating, the suite we had is spacious, amenities okay, Resort is close to town, walking distance from the resort. Our room is facing the mountain side which is so calm/peaceful.

The two properties varied significantly. Kaamala resort in Ubud was 4-5 stars in all aspects with very attentive staff and clean beautiful facilities in an excellent location. If there was a package for this location only I would highly recommend it. The Seninyak property looks like it is reasonably placed but the location is terrible with only mini marts in walking distance. Unlike Ubud there was no common pool area and the individual pools were unusable (not clean- my friend slipped on algae and hurt herself). The staff seemed inexperienced- they did seem to try hard but missed ordering cabs for us twice, allowed construction to continue past 8pm, and were only helpful in recommending or booking IniVie tours and beach excursions. I would not recommend or purchase from IniVie again if the Seminyak property was included in the deal.
Other Comments
It would be helpful to provide a fact sheet in multiple languages about Bali and the specific location of the resort for travelers not familiar with Bali. Things like traffic, maps of walkable areas, good pickup and drop off points, who takes cash vs credit cards, why it’s helpful to preorder breakfast etc would have been helpful and if preprinted would help the staff communicate more clearly.
Having each guest get a room key is expected and important. Kamaala fixed this mid-stay but Seminyak refused.
Special thanks to the Kamaala team who were so helpful and understanding when my husband got sick (and made special arrangements so we could use both of our massage credits).

Tropical Temptation Beach Club was very nice. Kaamala was vey nice. Our driver Dewa was amazing.
Other Comments
The pool, jacuzzi and location of Sini Vie were underwhelming. Kaamala was a nicer place, more value for the money. No driver/car in Seminyak.
