Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchasing your voucher(s), Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you do not have an active reservation with the hotel. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. If you have made a reservation, you must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher.   • Cancellations received within 29 and 15 days before the start of your booking will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee..
  • Cancellations received within 14 days before the start of your booking are nonrefundable.

Occupancy rules: Price based on up to four or six guests per suite. Children 2 and under stay free of charge. Maximum occupancy is four or six. Note: In cases of a booking of six people, two people have to sleep on a sleeper sofa.
