The location of the hotel was perfect! We had a one bedroom suite and it was great to have the door separating the sleeping areas. Huge plus for the extra bathroom as well! The room was huge for New York and the staff was so nice and helpful. Our room ran a bit hot but the front desk brought us a fan and we were good after that. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting!!

Good experience at this hotel. Started off being taken to a room that was not cleaned. Front desk apologized and we were given another room straight away along with a complimentary breakfast voucher. This turned out to be a blessing as our second room had been renovated. Not sure I would have stayed in the first room. Even cleaned it would have felt dirty. Carpet stains atrocious and we were traveling with a baby. In desperate need of a redo. if I hadn’t seen this room I would have given 4 stars.

We were upgraded to a beautiful king room with dishwasher and two bathrooms. My only suggestion to the hotel is to ONLY use warm white bulbs in lamps, and not so bright as to be glaring. Cool white light is cold and clinical looking - not a relaxing atmosphere. Warm white bulbs cost the same. Aesthetics DO matter.

All the staff was very friendly & willing to help with the exception of a bartender on the 26th floor. Very rude, not willing to help. We actually left & went across the street. We arrived early and the room was ready which was a wonderful surprise. I requested a room near the elevator when I booked thru Travelzoo and got one. The staff was polite and personable and very helpful, starting with the valet the moment we pulled up in front of the hotel. Overall it was a delightful experience.

Fantastic location. The staff were all exceptional. The room which was a suite, was large. The lobby is small. Only 4 chairs for any guest to sit. The decor is very dated. The rooms were clean, but the carpet, bathroom fixtures, lighting, wall paper, etc. All very dated. The elevators were so small. Took forever to get an elevator. They allowed you to use the maintenance elevators, which were bigger and less used.

Although the rooms were large in terms of square footage for NYC, the layout was strange and choppy making the room seem cramped . Also, the elevators were slow and I am also working with Travelzoo to get my Uber Eats credit that is part of the promotion. The hotel staff told me that I would receive an email and that never happened. This is the first Travelzoo booking, that I wouldn't purchase again.

We booked parking in a garage across the street from the hotel, so it was easy to get there from the start. Staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and left our bags while we wandered around and saw a show. The hotel was clean and beautiful - we had a fantastic suite with amazing views. Would definitely go back, but for more than one night next time - the location was perfect.

This suite was perfect for 3 adults! Very spacious, table for eating take-out, great kitchenette with all the furnishings (except a corkscrew!), two bathrooms, and a door to the separate bedroom with king-size bed!! We were thrilled with the spaciousness, including a pull-out sofa and comfy chair. Fabulous!! It was conveniently located between our two entertainment venues: Lincoln Center and the theater district. We are raving about this place to all our friends!

The hotel is in a prime location with more space and you can secure two beds (for families) at a price comparable to rooms with a single double/queen bed. The mini-fridge, sink and microwave were handy to have. The decor is very outdated, and there are no food or drink establishments on-site, which can be a hassle. The staff were kind and helpful - especially the doormen.

Facility was nice and clean, however a Continental breakfast was advertised at an additional cost. The details were printed on the envelope that came with the room keys, and was also on their website. When we arrived at the 26th floor for breakfast, there was no one there, and nothing set up. We went to the hotel lobby to see what was going on, and the representative said they are no longer offering breakfast. Since we had to go off the premises for breakfast and it would not be possible to be back before the 11:00 am checkout, we asked if we could get a later checkout. She simply said “no” with no apologies for the false information that was advertised about the breakfast.

The lobby is no frills but the staff is good. Valet parking was very inexpensive for NYC and easy. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only downside was HVAC. It was April and 50-60-degrees outside but the room was very warm with no good way to cool it off. They don't turn on AC till mid-May, apparently.

Black mold growing all over the bathroom wallpaper and shower tile (health concern!) and stained carpets. When we brought this to management's attention (who is not on site), they refused to give any sort of refund or compensation for our first night. They did switch us to another room without mold and it was a much nicer room for the second night, but our first night was still a major disappointment.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, it was huge by NYC standards. Staff was very friendly and $35/day valet parking is a bargain.

Frankly, I was simply looking for a place close to Carnegie Hall because I had a ticket for an event there. Imagine my delight when the Manhattan Club was such a find!

I don't remember if it was advertised or not, but the addition of the discretely placed kitchen was a bonus. And a living room! I'm used to staying around the Chrysler Building. Not any more! I'll definitely be back.

The location is great! Walking distance to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. Great restaurants in the area too. The only problem we had was that the windows don’t open in the room and the hotel didn’t turn on the air conditioner our first night so it was extremely hot. The staff did bring us a fan which helped. Overall I would stay here again!

One bedroom suite was a great size and perfect for a family. Two really nice full bathrooms. Only thing keeping me from giving the room 5 stars is the lack of control on the AC. It either seemed to be on or off with the temperature dial doing nothing.

Great location and the staff was really friendly,helpful and professional. The room was nice and was actually more than we needed but definitely would go back again but our only real issue was how hot the room was even though we had it all the way down. We had to crack open a window to cool it down, besides that we had a great experience, we needed a fan to make it perfect. They have 2 closets that easily store a standing fan that would have made our stay great!!

With the exception of no (fake) cream for the coffee and no hair dryer in the room everything was
fabulous. The room was large and bed was comfortable and cleanliness very good. I hope they have their cocktail bar operating again.
