We were on the hill for a concert and this hotel was in the ideal location for ease of access to the venue, and to all of the village. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and all the staff we encountered were exceptionally helpful.

Needed more chairs at the pool side. How to sit on the concrete at the pool side. Only 12 chairs for the whole resort..
Did not like that the loungers were tied down so you couldn’t move them. Very close together. Need to fix the clock at the pool side as well.

The staff were so accommodating with all of our requests. Great location and loved the restaurant and amenities.

We really appreciated the convenient location and amenities for kids. The kids loved the teddy bear hunt and prize, kids sized robes, pool and hot tub, and library with board games.

Off season so possibly quieter than peak. Sun Peaks is small enough to feel like an intimate community experience, but large enough to offer quality and a variety of services.

Very dog friendly! The Superdogs were performing and lots of dog activities happening in the village. The hiking was wonderful and all the restaurants were very accommodating to our dog. A+++++++

Enjoyed Most
For the most part we really enjoyed our stay. A couple of things to note…we wanted to do a hike but the only way up is the lift that doesn’t open until 10?? And costs $30 per person? That’s steep! (Pun intended). Also the drive up the mountain is long (and a bit scary at night with all the twists and turns). I would recommend using this hotel as a site rather than a hub for other sightseeing destinations.
