Everything was good except at check in some staff did not mention the extras included in the resort fee I had several people approach me when I got a chair and towels asking where I got them. When I checked in I asked about the extras as the young lady did not mention them. Other than that Everything was good, house keeping very good. And bell also good as the side building did not have an elevator and they carried my luggage to the 3rd floor.

Enjoyed the location as out of the hubbub of downtown Waikiki. Rooms are small (and clean) and need some upgrades, both physical and decor wise. Service staff friendly and professional. Dining is fabulous for both luncheon and dinner … food tasty, nicely presented, and F & B team excellent. Location on a nice beach without a huge crowd is a great selling point. Wonderful stay overall.

Great boutique hotel in great location, close enough to Waikiki without being in the craziness of the crowds. Excellent staff across the board who all seemed to love working at the hotel. We will be back!

The hotel is away but not too far from the bustle of Waikiki. I loved the ambiance of the communal areas and the beach steps away from the lobby. My room was in the park side wing which had just a handful of rooms which made it very quiet and restful. The room itself was very large and well appointed. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made sure that any requests were handled with a smile. Next time, I would book reservations for breakfast and dinner before I arrived. I was not able to get a dinner reservation. I really enjoyed the "Aloha" spirit. A big shout out to Michael at the front desk, Kiana my housekeeper and the restaurant staff.

Hotel is in a quiet area and perfect for our small older group. Rooms are a little dated, but functional. Restaurant is very expensive so we walked 20 min into Waikiki city center every day for meals.
