Have stayed here before when going to Vanderbilt for a Clinical Trial. Great location with several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Clean, comfortable hotel. I would stay here in the future.

My husband and I have enjoyed visiting Nashville on numerous occasions. We have always stayed downtown ~ Broadway Area. That said, staying at Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt will be my preference going forward. The area is safe and relatively quiet. The hotel has a nice bar, gym, pool, buffet breakfast included, self-parking with "in and out" privileges for a reasonable rate, is an inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride to all the Broadway Honky Tonks as well as Nashville must see's. All of the staff we interacted with here are friendly and personable. There are great restaurant options within walking distance. All of this for a very reasonable rate! We will book again.

Not close to the downtown area - glad we had uber. Be aware that uber will charge more if they pick up from this hotel....three times more!

Beautiful hotel. Not exactly near the downtown area. We used uber and it worked out fine for us. Very Very nice breakfast buffet and really good coffee! Thank you for this great offer!!!
