Overall a very good experience. We arrived about 15-30 minutes after normal check in time and our room type was not ready so we were upgraded to king suite with full kitchen. Our room was extremely quiet. Outside noise was zero to minimal and almost never heard other doors slamming etc. Staff was responsive when we needed anything. Location was good for our trip. About a 1.5 mile drive or ride share to downtown Broadway area and close to Vanderbilt football stadium. Included parking was great. Breakfast was pretty standard fare for included buffet but staff kept well stocked so everything was available when needed. Carpet in common areas was a bit dingy and needed replacing, but overall hotel was in good shape, and a good value for the money.

From the moment we walked through the doors we felt welcomed and at ease. The room was comfortable and clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We enjoyed the generous breakfast every morning and also the opportunity to rest up and cool down by the pool. What a treat! We liked that the location wasn’t right on the main drag but close enough to walk to many places, including the Centennial Park and touring along Printers Row, seeing the great Ryman and the Hall of Fame and of course Broadway, even though that wasn’t our main attraction. Overall a great place to stay in Nashville and we will for sure recommend it to others!

Easy to find, flawless check in. The free garage parking was a definite bonus. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed having an in-room safe, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Restaurants were close by. We also took advantage of the free breakfast, as well as sandwiches and drinks at the lobby bar. It was a great two night get away!

The hotel was clean and safe. It had a solid hotel breakfast.
The staff wasn’t super friendly or helpful but I wouldn’t describe them as rude either. The kitchen in the room we got was well stocked with plates, pans, pots, etc
It was about an $8 Lyft ride to downtown and $20 to the airport. Of course that varies with day and time.
My only real complaint about the hotel was the water pressure was barely a trickle. A very unsatisfying shower for sure. Even with that complaint I would have no trouble staying here again.
Oh, it is also walking distance to Vanderbilt.

The hotel where we stayed prior to the Hyatt House did not offer any housekeeping, so we definitely appreciated the partial housekeeping...no overflowing trash cans in our room! We were also able to find time to enjoy the pool one morning which was a nice treat.

I think this like many hotels should state in terms of miles/walk times to the popular areas. In this case, they are 1.2 miles from the bars and restaurants on Broadway. It’s about a 30 minute walk. While we are OK with that, weather etc can make an impact as to walk or having to use some kind of transportation. The popular areas do not have many parking options and it’s expensive. The room we had was OK but the mattress was beyond its useful life and the toilet kept running so we had to keep the bathroom door shut.

The Hyatt House was close enough to the popular venues and great restaurants to make the little extra walk worth the time and effort, especially for the price. We were very surprised by the nearly $20 in taxes including a $5 tax for the stadium that is about to be built. We were glad that the Hyatt House offered breakfast so we could stay on our budget.

I was very satisfied with the service and amenities. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 3:00 so was given a bigger room with two queens instead of one king. My only complaint (although I wouldn’t really call it that) was it would have been nice to have a few cotton swabs and makeup remover towelettes as I ran out! Also it was a little noisy in the hallways in the early morning hours but it was during the CMA fest, so that was to be expected. Also, the trash cans in my room had not been emptied when I arrived.

The hotel is nice. The staff at the welcome/check in desk are all phenomenal, personable & pleasant. The rooms are nice and well kept. The room i had was sold out so I received an upgraded room. It beautiful and well made in design. Some of the stuff in there is cheaply made like the shower stall & toilet paper holder, it’s a small thing thoughThe pillows & blankets are also thin & cheap. The pillows are all feather and don’t offer support at all. I asked for thicker ones and they just brought me a thicker version of what I had and it wasn’t much better. But overall, it is a nice hotel that is relatively close geographically to the busy nightlife, museums, etc. The high point for me is this hotel is down the street from a Ruth Chris restaurant!

Very nice hotel located near Vanderbilt University in mid-town Nashville. It was only a very short Uber ride into downtown Nashville and there were many nice bars and restaurants near the hotel as well. Standard hotel, hallways were a little drab smelling and carpet was buckled in several places. I appreciated having to use key card to access the elevator, external door after 10pm, and garage. A perk of using TravelZoo was free parking which was great because Nashville parking is outrageous. Our room was nice and had a perfect view of the pool. Bathroom had plenty of room and the couch was nice to stretch out after a long drive to Nashville. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was located 2 blocks from Vanderbilt with easy walking to nearby restaurants. If you are looking to stay where the downtown action is, this is not the place. We were perfectly fine with it- quiet and peaceful. Parking in the garage was included with access directly to the rooms. You did have to register first, get your room key and then drive into the parking lot which was a little awkward as there was only street parking available to do this. The room was nice and clean, although there was an issue with the blackout blind on the window. The free breakfast was OK. the choices were extensive but the food was basically tasteless. Each room has a fridge and microwave and they have provisions available for purchase by the front desk .They had a nice laundry area and a fitness center . Wifi is free throughout the building and there are computer stations and printers in the lobby. We would return but only on a deal as I wouldn't pay the rack rate.

The hotel was in a nice location. Easily accessible to everything in Nashville. The biggest issue was that the elevators were not working a good portion of the time we were there which was extremely frustrating being that we were on the 11th floor. Overall the hotel was clean, the people were wonderful, the breakfast was good.
