Excellent resort, staff, and amenities. Nice pool area and beach access. The water is gorgeous but can be dangerous during Hurricane season.

I hope Travelzoo provides more deals for this resort in 2026.

Great value for the money via the Travelzoo deal. Staff were very friendly and the property was phenomenal. Isla Verde is a beautiful beach!

The pool, the pool servers and next to the beach restaurant service.

Service of beach umbrellas and chairs are not accesible, we have to practically go to the employees to request them since they were not too accesible. In my opinion customers do not feel welcomed to request them. The beach chairs are picked up too early from the beach. The pool bar was not in service.

Loved the beach front hotel! Our children had a wonderful time with the pool and beach! Pool bar was great! Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was wonderful. Great access to fast food and local restaurants and mini markets!

It was overall a great experience but anything additional you want from the hotel came with a fee. Especially considering how much the hotel cost, I wasn’t expecting them to charge for more than 2 water bottles when you’re at a beach property.

Beautiful hotel! Grounds and beach pool accommodations were great! The price for food and drinks were crazy expensive!! Thank god there were locals shops and restaurants that were reasonable and delicious!!
