Going to Thailand: What you need to know

Want to know about Thailand's new entry requirements that were updated on July 1? We've broken them down for you:

For fully vaccinated adults (ages 18+):

To enter Thailand and travel anywhere within the country, all you need is your passport and proof of full COVID vaccination with an approved vaccine taken at least 14 days before travelling to Thailand. 

For unvaccinated adults (ages 18+):

To enter Thailand and travel anywhere within the country, all you need is your passport and proof of a negative result from an RT-PCR test or professional ATK within 72 hours of travel.

For kids (ages 17 and under):

There aren't any COVID-related travel requirements for kids travelling with their parents.

Kids ages 5-17 travelling unaccompanied must get vaccinated with at least one dose of an approved vaccine at least 14 days before travelling to Thailand.
