The retreat covers:

• Seven nights in choice of two room types
• Daily yoga classes (beginner to intermediate levels)
• Three gourmet organic meals per day
• One infra-red sauna treatment
• Transportation to excursions and beaches
• Use of guest kitchen and refrigerator
• Butterfly garden and Rainsong Wildlife Sanctuary tours. 

Anamaya is located next to Montezuma's world famous waterfall and steps from a freshwater pool surrounded by the rainforest.  Monkeys, toucans, parrots and other wildlife can be spotted here.

Excursions are available for an extra fee, including a snorkeling/boat trip to Tortuga Island, a sailing cruise, a zipline and canopy tour, horseback riding and surfing.
