The Deal

John Ash & Co. sits amidst 92 acres of vineyards in Santa Rosa in the AAA 4-Diamond Vintners Inn, and Travelzoo subscribers can choose from three dining options at this highly acclaimed restaurant. Two can savor the local farm-to-table cuisine that Zagat rates "very good to excellent" (24) with a choice of lunch -- with or without wine -- or an exclusive three-course winemaker's dinner with wine pairings.

Gayot placed John Ash on four of its "Top 10" lists for having the best views, food, wine list and for being one of the best overall restaurants in the Napa/Sonoma area. Select from the following options, including lunch, which was just reintroduced to the hotel's dining repertoire:

• For $29 (reg. $70), get lunch for two including two appetizers, such as the smoked chicken, pepper jack and black bean quesadilla (up to $16 each) and two entrees, such as fried catfish with scallion polenta cake (up to $19 each)

• For $39 (reg. $87), dine on the same lunch, plus a glass of red or white house wine each (up to $8.50 each)

• For $75 (reg. $175), enjoy a three-course winemaker's dinner for two, with a Travelzoo-exclusive menu created specially by the chefs to feature the most seasonal options, paired with a glass of wine with each course. Dishes rotate frequently but may include:

- Two appetizers, such as Dungeness crab fritters paired with 2011 Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc (Sonoma County)

- Two entrees, such as Sonoma Liberty duck breast paired with 2009 Ferrari-Carano Siena (Sonoma County)

- Two desserts, such as lemon fromage blanc cheesecake paired with Ferrari-Carano El Dorado Gold (Dry Creek Valley)
