The Deal

The Hidden Creek Cabins are less than two miles from the border of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, among the most visited national parks in the U.S., and a 13-mile drive from the start of the Blue Ridge Parkway, which Frommer's calls "the greatest scenic ride in the entire South." Drive or hike amid the park's looming hemlocks, or take a trip into the past on the historic Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, which departs from Bryson City, N.C.

Bryson City is a one-hour drive from Asheville and three hours from Charlotte.
