The Deal

For $799, escape on a three-night tropical vacation with up to six people to Kauai. This exclusively negotiated deal at the 4-star Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach saves 40% on current rates in the island where "soft tropical air, sunrise bird song, essences of ginger and plumeria, sparkling waterfalls" (Frommer's) and majestic views reign supreme.

Guests receive luxurious two-bedroom villa accommodations and a $50-per-stay credit toward dining at the Gourmet Marketplace -- serving meals, wines and craft beers -- or beach equipment rental like snorkel masks and surfboards at the Kama'aina Beach Club. Every villa is equipped with a full gourmet chef's kitchen including Sub Zero & Wolf appliances, separate living and dining rooms, in-suite washer and dryer and expansive outdoor lanai.

The resort is located on the sunny South Shore and sits on 25 acres alongside Poipu Beach, "the most popular beach on the South Shore, and perhaps on all of Kauai" (Fodor's) and home to calm waters for ideal snorkeling, swimming and body boarding. Amenities include two pools, a marketplace, bar, putting green, volleyball court, soccer field and complimentary wireless Internet access.

Once the room is reserved with the hotel, hotel cancellation policy prevails, and cancellations or changes must be made 7 days prior to arrival. Hotel-imposed penalties may apply. Any unused promotional value credit will be forfeited upon checkout. Maximum occupancy for the Two Bedroom Villa is up to six people and up to eight people for a Three Bedroom Villa. Taxes and a resort fee of $24 per night plus applicable GE tax (4.166%) are not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. This fee covers parking, wireless Internet access, local calls, fitness center access, resort pool access, BBQs, putting green and contest, volleyball court and soccer field. Koloa Landing is an environmentally friendly resort; to help them stay Green, guest agrees to daily towel, trash and soap refreshes, and full cleanings every third day.
