Appetizer, soup or salad (choice of):

• Mixed locally farmed greens with an aged balsamic
• Goat cheese bruschetta

Entree (choice of):
• Free-range half chicken breast with wilted mashed potatoes, charred Brussels and lemon sauce
• Atlantic Salmon with lemon risotto, asparagus and lemon olive Oil
• Soba noodles with mango, tomato, avocado, basil, peanuts and soy (served with choice of hanger steak or shrimp)
• Fusilli pasta with Tiger Prawns, asparagus, tomato, parmesan and a cream sauce
• Fettuccine with chicken, sun-dried tomato, black olives, capers, basil, and parmesan
• Kimera Burger with Meyer's Natural Beef, a secret sauce, bacon, tomato, lettuce, cheddar and fries
• Veggie burger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread and avocado sauce (served mixed greens or fresh fruit)
• Pesto goat cheese pizza with tomato, red pepper and parsley
