• Two appetizers, such as ahi tuna poke with Tahitian lime olive oil and crisp fennel or New Orleans-style barbecue shrimp, pan-flashed with a spicy buttered both  

• Two entrees, like all-natural seared diver scallops with bacon-braised greens and tomato gravy, grilled Scottish salmon, or filet mignon with fingerling potatoes and port wine jus
