Sit down in the dining room surrounded by traditional Indian woodwork and select from the extensive menu:

• Two appetizers, soups, salads or chaat, such as keema samosa with ground chicken, peas and mint; bhel puri (puffed rice and lentils served with assorted chutneys); or sabzi pakora fritters with eggplant and cauliflower in a chickpea batter
