The Deal

The Xtreme Xperience arrives at Gateway Motorsports Park April 11-14, and with it comes the opportunity to careen around the racetrack at high speeds in one of four exotic supercars. For $159, regularly $399, strap into the driver's seat and take three laps in a Ferrari F430, Lamborghini LP560, Audi R8 or Porsche 911 Turbo.

These all-encompassing endeavors start with a classroom briefing with an instructor, who will discuss safety procedures; how the cars handle; and how to approach turns, steer through curves, and when to brake and accelerate through corners to get the best response from a vehicle. Then you'll take to the track and drive with an Xtreme instructor, who takes you turn by turn around the racetrack teaching you to drive these high-performance vehicles with speed and precision.

For those who want to compare and contrast two vehicles or if two people want to drive and save even more, purchase two experiences for $259, regularly $798. These rides are great for drivers who never plan to own a Lamborghini but want to see how it handles, or for drivers who are considering a luxury supercar purchase and want to take it on the racetrack first.

Liability insurance is required for all drivers and requires an additional fee, starting at $39. Riders younger than 21 but older than 10 can participate in a ride-along drive. No one under age 10 will be allowed to participate. Must sign waiver. Drivers must be at or under 6 feet, 8 inches and 350 pounds. Height and weight requirements depend on certain vehicles. Gratuity and tax, if applicable, are not included. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer. Must be used in 1 visit.
