Rosewater Skin Care on Union Street is a quaint, intimate Cow Hollow spa that's been pampering locals since 1998 and boasts a 5-star rating on Citysearch. Visit this seasoned boutique property for a 60-minute Swedish or hot stone massage for $59, regularly $125.

Rosewater is located on the top floor of the historic Victorian-style Cudsworth Mansion, built in 1875. The spa's Tiffany-blue rooms are adorned with intricate crown molding, high ceilings and bold bronze fixtures. Guests can settle in with a choice between these two 60-minute services:

• Swedish massage, a spa classic created to increase circulation and relaxation
