The Deal

Maxwell's East Coast Eatery opened last summer in the historic downtown Boston Building, offering New York-style thin-crust pizza "served with mountain west style" (Salt Lake Tribune). Salt Lake City Weekly calls its pie "some of the best pizza you’ll ever get your mitts on." With this Local Deal for $25, regularly $44, two people can dine on appetizers and a large pizza.

Choose one of 10 specialty thin-crust pizzas or build your own at a restaurant that has "raised the bar for service and quality" according to the Tribune with the following package:

• Any two appetizers, soups or salads including steamed mussels soaked in garlic, basil and white wine; or arugula salad with hearts of palm, roasted beets and goat cheese in a lemon-infused extra virgin olive oil dressing

• One 20-inch pizza pie, such as the popular Fat Kid (pepperoni, spinach and ricotta cheese) that Salt Lake City Weekly calls "one of the best East Coast-style pizzas around," the My Blue Heaven (house-made buffalo hot sauce, chicken and bleu cheese), or build your own with 22 topping choices (up to $20)
