$24 - Evening Drinks Cruise on Newport Bay, Reg. $50

The Deal

With this Local Deal, Travelzoo subscribers can take their pick one of three 90-minute Newport Bay cruises from Ocean Explorer Cruises. For $24 per person or $46 for two, sail toward the horizon on a fiesta, sunset or evening cruise (regularly $50 per person), all of which include alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.

The fiesta cruise includes up to four pina coladas, margaritas, beers or glasses of wine per person; unlimited nonalcoholic beverages; and chips and salsa. The sunset and evening cruises include up to four mixed drinks, beers or glasses of wine per person with unlimited nonalcoholic drinks as well.

These cruises are available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the fiesta and sunset cruises also run on Thursdays. The fiesta cruise runs from 5-6:30 p.m. until Sept. 30. Call ahead for sunset and evening cruise departure times, as they vary seasonally, and are available through Nov. 30.

Alternately, get a boarding pass for the cruise without the drinks for only $12 per person (regularly $25) or $20 for two (regularly $50). Beverages and snacks can be purchased a la carte onboard.

Or for $599, rent a private boat rental for any of these three cruises. The boat accommodates up to 102 people (valid Monday-Thursday; drinks/food not included). This package regularly costs $1400.

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Friday, Aug. 17, through Nov. 30, 2012. Vouchers for the $599 private boat rental only can be redeemed through Mar. 31, 2013; not valid in December.
