The Fine Print

Vouchers can be redeemed immediately, starting Monday, Dec. 12, through March 19, 2012. Limit 1 voucher purchase per person; additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Reservations are required. Blackout dates are Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Mardi Gras. Valid for dine-in only. Seasonal items subject to change. Tax and gratuity are not included. Must be 21 years old or older to drink alcohol. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back. Must be used in 1 visit.

The Deal

Tomas Bistro opened in the Warehouse District in October with acclaimed chef Guy Sockrider at the helm, who previously worked at Roux Orleans and Muriel's Jackson Square. For $49, two people can savor a three-course French-Creole dinner any night of the week, regularly $110.

Dine alfresco in the courtyard or in dining room and select:

• Any two appetizers, soups or salads like Chef Sockrider's signature dish, the Louisiana shrimp (soon to be crawfish) and goat cheese crepes, or the Creole chicken and Andouille gumbo soup

• Any two entrees that include fresh fish from the Gulf, such as the grilled Gulf swordfish topped with a Stiletto vodka shrimp cream on a sweet potato nest, or the chef-recommended duck cassoulet in a classical white bean casserole

• Any two desserts made in-house, such as the popular chocolate torte
