The Deal

M bistro is named after its executive chef, Matt Murphy, who has appeared on "The Today Show," PBS and E! as well as the Travel Channel. Chef Murphy serves up elegant, southern-inspired favorites at this upscale restaurant, tucked inside the French Quarter's renowned Ritz-Carlton hotel. For $49, enjoy a three-course lunch or dinner for two from a prix fixe menu created exclusively for Travelzoo subscribers. This meal would normally cost $102.

This special, three-course meal for two is prepared using farm-fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Choose from the following menu:

First Course
-Tuna carpaccio, arugula, butter toasted croutons with Meyer lemon vinaigrette
-Farmer's market salad with organic lettuce, market vegetables with sugar cane vinaigrette

Second Course
-Chicken and andouille gumbo
-French onion soup

Third Course
-Blackened redfish, saffron risotto and steamed asparagus with a blue crab bisque
-Braised beef short ribs, parsnip puree and local vegetables with roasted garlic and beef fonds
