The chef and owner of Luna Rossa Trattoria & Wine Bar, Raffaele Virgillo, has been cooking in Minnesota restaurants since 1980, and this Stillwater restaurant is his newest creation. With this deal, sample the following:

• Any appetizer to share, like fried mozzarella or clams sauteed with olive oil, garlic, white wine and lemon juice

• Two entrees, including veal sauteed in a marsala sauce with onions and mushrooms or sauteed Norwegian salmon with fresh herbs and fried prosciutto served over a bed of arugula and roasted potatoes (up to $22)

• Any dessert to share, such as tiramisu or profiteroles
