Not valid on New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day. Seasonal items subject to change. Tax and gratuity are not included. The Deal

Port of Call boasts a menu of what OnMilwaukee.com calls "excellent" dishes, and ExpressMilwaukee.com praises the nautically themed venue's comfortable interior. For $39, two people can savor three courses of American comfort food, regularly $85.

Located on the Riverwalk, Port of Call is just blocks from the Pabst Theater. Stop by before a show, or warm up by the fireplace after looking at the holiday light displays downtown. Select:

• Any shared appetizer, like the duck quesadillas with mango salsa and cilantro-lime sour cream or the homemade crab cakes

• Any two cups of soup, like the Wisconsin beer cheese with brat medallions, or the tomato bisque

• Any two entrees, such as the Atlantic salmon; the seafood linguini with gulf shrimp, scallops and calamari in a white wine cream sauce; or the shrimp BLT sandwich with applewood smoked bacon and pesto mayo, praised by Express Milwaukee and OnMilwaukee.com

• Any two drinks, including wine, Lakefront Brewery beer and specialty cocktails (up to $10 each)
