The Deal

La Casa Latina "serves food that is familiar enough to make diners feel comfortable and different enough to be exciting,” says The New York Times. With this Local Deal, two people can savor a Latin dinner at this Westbury eatery for $39, regularly $91.80.

Long Island Newsday says the menu has "a repertoire of lively Latin dishes" from El Salvador, Argentina and Peru. With this deal, subscribers receive:

• Any two appetizers, like grilled Argentinean sausages served with chimichurri sauce, little neck clams with pico de gallo salsa and jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce

• Any two entrees, like carne asada with rice and beans, Peruvian seafood stew and the Salvadorean platter with grilled steak, cassava, fried pork rind, cheese, rice, beans and avocado
