The Deal

Landing on Zagat's list of Best Las Vegas French Restaurants, Andre's Restaurant & Lounge is a "bona fide special-occasion restaurant" anchored by local celeb chef André Rochat's cuisine, which the survey rates "extraordinary." For $99, two can experience three courses at this acclaimed establishment within Monte Carlo Resort and Casino -- including two Kir Royale Champagne cocktails -- regularly $190.

Rochat is one of Vegas' most celebrated chefs, born in the French Alps and bringing his expertise in French cuisine to a host of notable venues including the original Andre's -- opened in 1980 -- and Alize atop The Palms. Enjoy his "exquisite" presentation (Frommer's) with this menu crafted exclusively for Travelzoo, featuring a wide range of choices from the regular dinner menu:

First course, choice of:
• French onion soup with Swiss Emmental and Gruyere au gratin
• Lobster and corn bisque with sweet corn cake
• Spice-crusted buffalo carpaccio with walnut oil and black truffle
• Caesar salad with tete de moine fleuret

Second course, choice of:
• Grilled rib eye cap with pinot noir sauce, Roquefort potato puree and sauteed baby spinach
• Persillade-crusted Scottish salmon with saffron and shellfish emulsion and green lentil casserole
• Sauteed chicken breast with natural jus-stuffed leg, roasted mushrooms and Brussels sprouts
• Hoisin-glazed duck breast with butternut squash semolina, almonds, currants and duck leg cannelloni
• Celery root risotto with roasted mushrooms and herb beurre blanc

Third course, choice of:
• Creme brulee with fresh seasonal berries
• Chocolate souffle
