The Deal

In addition to a basket full of hush puppies, praised by a Las Vegas Review-Journal critic as the best he'd ever eaten, this three-course dinner includes:

• Any shared appetizer, such as ahi poke tacos, baby back ribs or the Big Easy sampler with frog legs, alligator tail, oysters and a crab cake

• Two entrees (up to $29 each), including jambalaya, halibut, 20-ounce prime rib, or the Seafeast platter a Sun reviewer calls "one of the best dishes" he'd had all year

• Any shared dessert, such as New Orleans classic beignets, cheesecake, strawberry shortcake or key lime pie
