The Deal

Experience his unique spin on classic American dishes with this Local Deal for $99: a four-course dinner for two with cocktails, plus two VIP Palms nightclub passes.

Start the evening at Simon -- with views of the Palms Place pool, the Strip and surrounding mountains -- and receive:

Two chef’s choice amuse bouche plates to begin

Two appetizers, choice of:
• Calamari with ponzu sauce
• Soup of the day
• Grilled shishito peppers
• Caesar salad with ciabatta croutons

Two entrees, choice of:
• The "Meatloaf" with Simon's house special recipe and mashed potatoes
• Baby back ribs with sweet potato fries
• Mediterranean sea bass with fennel and hot and sour peppers
• Seared bone-in chicken breast with black rice and farro

Choice of shared side: Mac and cheese gratin or Tuscan herb fries
